TJX Europe Partners with The Safety Superhero Academy to Celebrate Family Day and World Safety Day

Founder and Director, Bethany Holroyd speaking to parents and children during one of the sessions.

On 26th April, TJX Europe partnered with The Safety Superhero Academy to deliver a series of interactive safety sessions for employees and their children, as part of the company’s Family Day celebrations. The event was timed to coincide with World Day for Safety and Health at Work (28th April), reinforcing the importance of safety at home and in the workplace.

Children took part in a fun and engaging workshop led by The Safety Superhero Academy, including storytime with The Safety Superhero book, safety-themed activities, and the chance to try on real PPE. Designed for children aged 4–10, the sessions helped spark conversations about everyday safety and encouraged young minds to see themselves as part of a safer future workforce.

Bethany Holroyd, founder of The Safety Superhero Academy, said:
"It was a joy to support TJX Europe’s Family Day and see so many children proudly engaging with safety. Helping young minds understand that safety is for everyone - not just grown-ups - is what our work is all about."

The Safety Superhero Academy offers a fresh and engaging way for organisations to support early safety education and inspire the next generation. Companies can partner with us to run in-house sessions, sponsor school visits, or provide access to learning resources that leave a lasting impact on children and families.
