Bethany founded The Safety Superhero Academy after recognising a gap between how safety is taught in the workplace and how children are prepared for the world around them. Drawing on her experience in occupational safety and health, she is passionate about transforming safety literacy through innovative education that helps children develop the confidence, curiosity and critical thinking skills to make safer choices throughout their lives. Today, she leads the Academy's vision, educational development and strategic partnerships as the organisation works towards shaping safer futures.

Jill brings a wealth of experience across education, SEND and inclusive practice, along with a genuine passion for helping children thrive. She plays a key role in leading the delivery of The Safety Superhero Academy's workshops, supporting schools and partners, and ensuring every programme provides an engaging and meaningful learning experience. Her warmth, creativity and understanding of children's diverse needs help bring the Academy's mission to life in classrooms and communities across the UK.
