The Safety Superhero Academy Featured in IIRSM’s The Sentinel!

We’re proud to share that The Safety Superhero Academy has been featured in a dedicated four-page article in The Sentinel, the official magazine for members of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

The feature explores our work to shift safety culture from the ground up - starting with children in schools and local communities. It recognises our commitment to early intervention, community engagement, and innovative approaches to making safety more inclusive, accessible, and empowering.

Founder Beth Holroyd shared,

“If we want a different future for health and safety, we have to start thinking differently. We can’t keep doing what we’ve always done and expect change. This work is about building a culture of care and giving the next generation the tools to be confident, safety-conscious individuals.”

Being featured by IIRSM marks a significant milestone in amplifying the Academy’s mission and message. It’s a moment that reinforces the importance of education, inclusion and leadership with heart in shaping the future of the industry.

Although The Sentinel is a members-only magazine, IIRSM have kindly allowed us to share the article. Read the article here
